TO REGISTER:
If you are not a frequent buyer yet, please go to the customer service counter and complete the registration form.

TO USE PRAKTINFO:
1) Swipe your frequent buyer’s card on the terminal beside the screen.
2) After reading the card, the register sends a light signal with respect to which Praktinfo you are allowed to use.
3) Take Praktinfo from the station.
4) Select the ”Shopping” menu item.
5) Find the barcode on the selected product.
6) Read the barcode from the product by pressing the yellow button.
7) Please do the reading tilted, rather than at a 90-degree angle to the barcode.
8) If you can’t find a readable barcode on the product or the existing barcode is damaged, please ask our staff for assistance.
9) An item has been read successfully when the display shows the number of items (1 in each case) as well as the name and price of the product.
10) To buy more than one of the same product, you can use the ”item/delete” button or read the product again.
11) To modify the number of items or delete an item from your purchase, first select the product from the list, then press the ”item/delete” button, this way you can change or delete the quantity.
12) Put the product read into the shopping cart.

AT THE CASH DESK:
Please give the reader to the cashier; after this, you need only to pay for the product. In your interest, our cashier will read the products bought by Praktinfo again. This is intended to check the accurate operation of the Praktinfo device, and whether you have accidentally read the same product twice.

PURCHASES OF LARGE-SIZED PRODUCTS OR BULK-PURCHASING:
When you have selected the product intended to be purchased, please contact a department employee to escort you to the cashier’s and receive the documents required to receive the product at the product delivery department.
